上星期公司辦了一場跳蚤市場, 感覺不錯. 而下面的英文信是我感謝我們家HR小姐的內容.
等待有空的時候, 再翻譯成中文啦~......
Good morning, HR ladies.
First of all, I will be appreciated all of your great efforts to make this activity so successfully.
Flea market is a fresh experience for me and for my children.
Before the day, they guys had no idea what the business model is, although we have practiced the game of “Monopoly” a lot at home that we called 大富翁遊戲 in Taiwan.
We gathered some of stuffs which were seldom to use or even the 2nd hand goods. And also I asked Jacob and Joyce to prepare small changes or coins for trading.
You knew the funny is my son Jacob asked me why we did not need to carry the token (大富翁裡的代幣) for the flea market.
By the way, learning how to be patient is important for selling goods, just like we go fishing. That also inspired me and my children.
But child had no sense how to touch the feeling.
Initially, they felt bored because no business came in and wanted to quit the job.
I appreciated Dick to be the first people to buy our product and light up the brightness in their mind. Jacob and Joyce became so excited because they earned the “first money” in their life.
We earned 90NT for selling sundry. I gave them 10NT as the salary. Ha-ha, it was not legal to hire minor children to be employee.
And told them to buy what they wanted if they liked. If there is nothing they like, they can save it in their money box.
Jacob used 10NT to buy rifle (步槍) from Silvia. He loved it so much and showed it to everybody.
Joyce then got a pair of free earrings from Bob’s wife Rosa. She was so happy because she got bling bling earrings and still could save 10 NT in her piggy bank.
When we arrived, Jacob said that how about going to flea market tomorrow? It seemed he loved to be a street vendor……^__^
Although it was just one morning, it really brought us lots of fun and taught us a lot that is hard to learn from book.
Again, thanks for giving me and my family such a great day. We had a good time there.
